Annes has one of the finest shopping centres on the Fylde which is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The attractions of Blackpool are but a few minutes by car or there is a very frequent bus service
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURES
Rooms are available at 1.00 pm on day of arrival. To be vacated by 10:30am on day of departure.
DEPOSITS
Reservations can be made up to 12 months in advance, upon payment of a
non-returnable deposit of £20.00 per person.
Cancellations will be charged in full.
Holiday Insurance is strongly recommended.

PARKING
Car park at the front of the Hotel also parking available on roads adjacent and on the promenade.
PETS
Dogs are allowed only in guests rooms, a small charge will be made.
